Parenting is Heart Work

Our Monday morning Bible Study this fall will be "Parenting is Heart Work" Video series, with the companion book "The Treasure Hunters". The series teaches both parents and children how to behave with honor. Instead of an indepth bible study workbook, you will be going home and doing "The Treasure Hunters" activities with your family. Many of the activites will teach you and your children how to communicate better and have less stress in your relationships.

We will be learning to turn frustration into Character:
When children learn to follow instructions they develop responsibility.
When children learn to respond to correction they develop wisdom.
When children learn to accept a “no” answer they develop contentment.
When children learn to have a good attitude they develop a positive outlook.
When children learn restraint they develop self-control.
When children learn honesty they develop integrity.

We will be meeting Monday mornings from 8:45-10:45.
Starting September 28 to November 16.
The cost is $25.00 which includes "The Treasure Hunters"
or $35.00 if want to follow along with the book "Parenting is Heart Work".

Monday Devotion

Join the staff and pastors for a great way to start the week. Holland usually leads us in worship and then a short message or concern is shared and there is a time for open prayer. We rotate the devotion sharing among the stafff members so each week there is a different perspective. All are welcome.
